Jose Mourinho has criticised Mario Balotelli indirectly by suggesting he lacks intelligence during the unveiling of new Inter signing McDonald Mariga.
There has been friction between the Italian striker and his coach after he reacted furiously when substituted against Fiorentina on Wednesday night.
Mourinho has said Balotelli needs to start learning quickly if he wants to stay at the club.
"Mariga has millions of neurones and he can only improve by training with Javier Zanetti, Esteban Cambiasso and Marco Materazzi," he told the press, referring to Balotelli.
"If a player trains with these players and he doesn't learn then it must mean he has only one neurone."
Mourinho then described Mariga and what he expects from him.
"He reminds me of Juventus' Momo Sissoko, but Mariga has more margins to improve on a technical and tactical level as he is young," he added.
Like his coach, Mariga has clear ideas.
"I am very happy to be here and I want to learn, I know I can do this with a great coach like Mourinho," said the Kenyan midfielder.
"Inter are a very strong team and this is an important experience for me. I want to learn from my new team-mates as they are all champions."
